Freightliner Northwest

I came to this Freightliner for the left drive tire wheel seal leaking.I got here at 6:45am on 8/7. I was told it was first come first serve, so I got here early because they open at 7. Started working on the truck by 10am. I was told it would be a 3 hour job. No problem! 2 pm I asked was the truck ready the lady at the desk told me that someone had to look over the job the mechanic did because it’s covered under warranty. She said it would take 12 minutes! 3 pm I asked what was the hold up? The lady tells me they screwed up! The damn mechanic worked on the left steer wheel seal ( THAT WAS NOT LEAKING!) instead of the driver tire wheel seal. Are you kidding me! She said that they are fixing the problem and apologized. She said it will take 3 hours to fix. That was at 3pm. I will even say 3:30. Mind you now we’re dealing with night crew and it’s now 10:16pm and now I’m being told it will be another hour before the truck is ready!! This is unacceptable!!! Horrible communication between front desk and techs!! Will never return to this location!! These are the after pictures.

A Big Thanks to this People they took me right away first think in the morning 2 days before Christmas they diagnose the problem and and fix it right away the Def pump was changed. G od bless you guys and keep doing good work!!!

Came in here late this week for some parts at 6 pm the parts guy had trouble finding the part I needed but luckily roy was still there and was able to help us and found our part right away roy is by far the best parts guy there if you need parts I would ask for roy great service

Called Friday the 13th. I spoke two different counter people. Both where morons that hung up on me. One could not understand my VIN. When I asked him to repeat it hung up on me. Second guy just flat out hung up on me when I told him Imy radio was not loud at 15 decidable's.

Went in to get some parts Roy and shanon are by far the best in parts very knowledgeable would recommend speaking to one of thoes 2 this Freigtliner is great they are open till midnight and they are even open on The Weeknd’s which is rare will be back would recommend for parts
